RETURNS/EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if for some reason you are not, please contact us.
Small Accessories - exchange only, no refunds.
To arrange an exchange of your purchase you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days of notification. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact and invoice included.
Except where the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the postage charges on the return and resend of products. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned products in transit and we recommend that you return any products through a recorded delivery service.
When returning products, please package the products properly and securely.
Quilts, rugs, artworks - Non-returnable/refundable. We recommend contacting us for more information about these products to make sure they fit your needs before purchasing.
Please note - All commission work is non-returnable/exchangeable. If you decide not to proceed after commencement of the project, the deposit will be forfeited.
Faulty Goods - please contact us to find a mutually suitable resolution.
SHIPPING
Your purchase will be shipped within 3 business days of the order confirmation.
Within Australia - Shipping is included. Australia Post - parcel post with tracking and signature required. Delivery time frame, approximately 2-4 business days (suggested by Australia Post) between major metro areas, although it can take longer depending on delivery location.
Outside Australia - shipping will be either $25 or $50 AUD, depending on weight of goods. This will be calculated at checkout. Australia Post - standard post with tracking and signature required. Delivery time frame, approximately 5 business days (suggested by Australia Post) between major metro areas, although it can take longer depending on delivery location.
You will be notified once your order has shipped and supplied with a tracking number.
For international buyers, please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. Unfortunately Studio PCL is unable to cover the cost of or replace parcels shipped internationally that go lost or missing.
REPAIRING
Quilting
If your quilting piece is used as a functional item, after many years of use, it may need some repairs. Repairs will come in the form of new patches, additional hand-stitching and other mending techniques suitable. It will provide the piece with a longer life span and will enhance and contribute to an ever evolving piece of work. Repairs are free of charge for as long as I am active.
Punched rugs
If your punched rug piece is used as a functional item, after many years of use, it may need some repairs. Every care will be taken to repair the piece with the appropriate techniques. It will provide the piece with a longer life span and will enhance and contribute to an ever evolving piece of work. Repairs are free of charge for as long as I am active.
Other Goods
Please contact us to find a suitable resolution.
Please note - free repairs are for pieces that have undergone normal wear and tear through appropriate use and care. Studio PCL reserves the right to determine what is regarded as reasonable wear and tear.
TERMS
You are responsible for checking and confirming that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements and specifications including without limitation measurements, dimensions, product features and delivery.
All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. If goods arrive damaged they must be signed for as damaged and you must contact us within 48hours. We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
We reserve the right to refuse supply of products or services to any individual or company.
